Ethiopian Airlines coming soon to Montreal?

Since 2012, Ethiopian Airlines, a member of the Star Alliance, has been connecting Addis Ababa in Canada and Toronto (YYZ). Since last week, the company has decided to position its flagship aircraft: an Airbus A350-900.

At the event, the company’s Director for Canada, Samson Arega, announced that he had made two requests to Transport Canada:

• Switch to a daily flight from Addis Ababa to Toronto (instead of 5 flights per week)
• Open a direct flight between Addis Ababa (ADD) and…
