A JetBlue flight from Boston diverted to Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina after experiencing hydraulic problems on 28 May 2024.
JetBlue flight B6369, an Airbus A321-200 operating from Boston (BOS) to Fort Lauderdale (FLL), was en route in the cruise when flight crew reported hydraulic problems.

The operating crew made the decision to divert to nearby Raleigh Durham as a precaution. A descent and approach was then made to Raleigh/Durham International Airport (RDU).
The aircraft conducted a go around from the first approach and then entered a holding procedure.
According to the online source Aviation Herald, the flight crew reported the loss of both hydraulic systems during the aborted approach. As a result, they needed to assess whether they had sufficient runway length to conduct a flapless landing.
The aircraft was subsequently positioned for a second approach in flapless configuration at a higher approach speed. The aircraft made a full stop landing from the second approach attempt without further incident.
The passenger complement was disembarked with the aircraft on the runway and transported to the airport terminal.
A subsequent report by the FAA confirmed the report of the hydraulic issue, with the aircraft landing safely at Raleigh Durham International Airport at around 11:20 PM local time.
The FAA will now conduct an investigation into the incident.

Flight data shows that flight B6369 made an on-time departure out of Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) at 20:24 local time.
The aircraft then set course normally and climbed to flight level FL360 (36,000 feet) for the service to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).
Flight crew initiated the diversion with the flight approximately 100 nautical miles to the east of Raleigh Durham North Carolina.
Airbus A321-200 N956JT
The aircraft conducting the B6369 domestic service was an Airbus A321-200, registered N956JT. This is an 8.7 year old narrowbody aircraft belonging to the US carrier JetBlue.
It has been in operational service with the airline since its initial delivery in October 2015. The aircraft was previously involved in a ground collision incident on 8 February 2024.
The left winglet of a JetBlue Airbus A321neo registered N2157J struck its right horizontal stabiliser. The aircraft was returned to service on 24 March 2024 following the ground collision incident.
