JetBlue Appoints New President

On February 7, 2024, U.S. carrier JetBlue has appointed Marty St. George as their next President after re-joining the carrier.

JetBlue Appoints President: Marty St. George

Effective February 26, 2024, Marty St. George will become JetBlue’s newest President, re-joining the airline after five years and reporting to Joanna Geraghty, who is the U.S. carrier’s current President and incoming Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Previously, Marty St. George had been with JetBlue from 2006 up until 2019, where St. George has been in the following roles –

• Vice President of Planning
• Senior Vice President of Marketing and Commercial
• Vice President
• Chief Commercial Officer

Since leaving the U.S. carrier, St. George operated an airline strategy consulting practice where he served as the interim Chief Commercial Officer for Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. Then from 2020, St. George moved to the South American, LATAM Airlines Group, becoming their Chief Commercial Officer based in Santiago, Chile.

When St. George becomes the airline’s latest President where he will lead the carrier’s marketing, loyalty, network planning, airline partnerships, sales and revenue management, as well as customer support, enterprise and operational planning, corporate communications, and JetBlue Travel Products (JTP).
