JetBlue will start flying from Long Island’s MacArthur Airport: Travel Weekly

JetBlue will start serving MacArthur Airport in Islip on New York’s Long Island in October, flying three Florida routes.

On Oct. 24, JetBlue will begin daily service to Orlando and fly four times per week to Palm Beach. The following day, JetBlue will launch Fort Lauderdale service, operating four times per week.

JetBlue bills itself as “New York’s Hometown Airline,” and Islip will be its fifth airport in the region, joining Newark, New York LaGuardia, New York JFK and Westchester…
