HENRICO, Va. (WWBT) -A passenger plane diverted to Richmond International Airport Thursday night out of concerns about a “possible suspicious bag” on the aircraft.
RIC officials confirmed with 12 On Your Side a JetBlue flight diverted its route to the airport, requesting police response “out of an abundance of caution.”
Sources say the Henrico Bomb Squad was called to investigate a bag on the plane that is “possibly suspicious.”
