Embraer and Kenya Airways, a African airline, today signed an agreement for the Embraer Collaborative Inventory Planning (ECIP) program, which will optimize its inventory levels and reduce its operational costs for its E190 jets.
The contract will provide support for 13 aircraft. Kenya Airways is an Embraer customer since 2006 and flies to 45 destinations worldwide, 37 of which are in Africa, connecting over 5 million passengers.
