Kenya Airways has been sanctioned by the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for violating consumer rights in cases involving three passengers, including Gloria Omisore.

The airline was found guilty of several consumer-related infractions, prompting the regulatory body to impose penalties.
