Korean Air has finalized its acquisition of Asiana Airlines.
The deal, first announced in November 2020, was concluded on 12DEC with Korean Air acquiring a 63.88% ownership stake in Asiana Airlines.This transaction makes Asiana Airlines a subsidiary of Korean Air.
