In 2023, the airlines switched places, with Singapore Airlines number one and Qatar Airways second. Both airlines are noted for superb service and luxurious suites. Singapore Airline’s A380 Suite is only available on the airline’s fleet of A380 aircraft (the world’s largest passenger airplane). It operates a fleet of 14 Airbus A380-800s (only a small part of Singapore Airlines’ overall fleet). Singapore Airlines has a proud history with the A380 and was the first to operate the Airbus A380.

Singapore Airlines’ A380 Suite includes suites for a single passenger and Double Suites. Double Suites feature luxurious double beds, so couples can enjoy a night’s sleep on long-haul flights together. These are designed to be private spaces – a sliding door screens the suite from the rest of the aircraft.
