Qatar Airways returns with new push for more flights

Qatar Airways has asked the government to revisit its decision to block the carrier’s attempt to double its flights into Australia with a new application that is yet to be circulated for open consultation.

AFR Weekend understands the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority resubmitted a request on behalf of the airline to double the number of flights into Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in March.
