United Airlines Defeats Workers’ Vaccine Mandate Bias Lawsuits

United Airlines Inc. is free of two lawsuits alleging it discriminated against employees who declined to comply with its Covid-19 vaccine mandate, but one worker can seek permission to try again.

A group of workers who say United failed to accommodate their religious beliefs didn’t specify whether they all sought exemptions or how the airline responded, the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois said.
