United Airlines flight diverts to DIA due to cracked windshield

A United Airlines plane landed at Denver International Airport Sunday afternoon after diverting because of a cracked windshield, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. The plane, UA Flight 1627, departed Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada, headed for Dulles International Airport, the FAA said in a statement .
