A United Airlines Boeing 737-900 conducting a scheduled flight to Newark, New Jersey suffered tire damage on departure from Denver on 10 June 2024.
The damage to the tire, which reportedly shredded on takeoff, subsequently caused further damage to a wing flap and resulted in a hydraulic leak.
