A VietJet flight from Melbourne to Vietnam was forced to turn around because of a technical issue on Thursday morning.
Flight VJ82 to Ho Chi Minh City left Melbourne Airport about 3am and was close to the South Australia/ Northern Territory border when it turned around.
According to flight tracking data, the plane’s altitude dropped slightly before it flew back towards Victoria and circled for about three hours over Bendigo.
