VietJet official detained in Covid flight bribery case

A VietJet senior department head is one of five more people suspected of bribery over Covid-19 repatriation flights.

The bribery scandal has already convicted dozens of people including senior government officials.

Nguyen Manh Cuong, 46, head of VietJe’s e-commerce department was placed on house arrest pending further investigations.
