Air India Group Announces Management Changes Pursuant to the Merger with Vistara

Air India Group announced a number of management changes occasioned by the merger of Air India and Vistara scheduled for 12 November 2024.

 Mr Vinod Kannan, Chief Executive Officer of Vistara who has also been holding the role of Chief Integration Officer for the full-service airlines’ merger, will continue in the latter role post-merger. He will be a member of the Management Committee and report directly to Air India CEO Campbell Wilson.
