New Delhi: It seems like our celebs are having quite a time at the airport lately, and this time it’s none other than the graceful Aditi Rao Hydari who’s caught in the airport drama spotlight. Fresh off her flight into Mumbai, Aditi found herself in a bit of a pickle as she landed in the wee hours, only to discover that no ladder or airbridge was waiting for her.

Sharing her early morning ordeal on Instagram, the Rockstar actress painted a vivid picture of her predicament, dubbing the scene as an ‘airport circus’.

“New lows everyday! No ladder nor an airbridge. While we watch the 12:10 a.m. airport circus. Stranded @vistara #mumbaiairportterminal2,” she captioned her post alongside a snapshot of the airport view from her flight window.

However, Vistara swiftly swooped in to clear the air. In a statement released hours later, the airline addressed the delay, pinning it at a modest 12 minutes due to an obstruction in aligning the step ladder with their aircraft. “The relevant authorities were immediately informed and corrective measures were taken. We regret the inconvenience caused to our customers due to the same,” the airline added.

Aditi Rao Hydari is known for her roles in hits like Ajeeb Daastan, Delhi 6, and Padmavat is not one to stay grounded for long. With her upcoming project Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, she’s set to dazzle her fans once again. The Netflix series will be released on May 1. The star cast of Heeramandi also includes Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, and Sharmin Segal.
