The low-cost airline Wizz Air has announced that it has so far transported 70 million passengers to/from London-Luton. The anniversary passenger was on a flight from Tirana to this airport.
Wizz Air UK has a total of 11 aircraft stationed on site. Around 50 course pairs are offered per day. It offers flights to 60 destinations in 28 countries. According to their own information, they are said to be the largest airline at Luton Airport. The group has had this airport in its route network for around 20 years now.
