In the coming winter season, which starts on Sunday and lasts until the end of March 2025, Wizz Air, British Airways and Austrian Airlines will significantly reduce available capacity in the markets in the former Yugoslavia.
Wizz Air is forced to cut over 310.000 seats due to defects in Pratt & Whitney engines, representing a 14,1% drop in total capacity and a 7,7% reduction in flights. Most of the cuts affect Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia.
