Wizz Air has been ranked the worst airline for delays despite soaring fares, with flights on average 30 minutes behind schedule. Turkish Airlines and Tui were also high up on the list, averaging over 28 minutes behind.
Air India and Turkish low-cost carrier Pegasus Airlines rounded off the top five, with both averaging over 25 minutes behind. Wizz Air has said that it has made “significant improvements” but acknowledged that there is “still work to be done”.
