The summer season, spanning from July to September, saw Heathrow facilitate over 24 million passengers in total. This robust activity reflects continued strong demand for air travel. A significant portion of this traffic, specifically 80%, was attributed to international routes, underscoring the recovery of global mobility. The airport also reported high load factors, reaching 90%, indicating efficient use of flight capacity.
