Lufthansa extends Allegris First Class rollout

Lufthansa is extending the rollout its new Allegris product, with its revamped First Class cabin now available on eight A350-900 aircraft.

From 30 March, Allegris First Class will be available on flights from Munich to San Francisco, Chicago, San Diego, Shanghai and Bengaluru, all of which already feature the new cabin product in economy, premium economy and business class.

The German carrier said almost half a million passengers have experienced the Allegris product, following its launch last May. The airline also plans to begin retrofitting the cabin to its existing Boeing 747-8 fleet this year, however it did not provide a specific start date.
