Lufthansa Airlines will offer free in-flight messaging on its intercontinental flights, starting this summer.
The free service, already available on the carrier’s short and medium-haul flights, will be available to all passengers, regardless of class, and promises the ability to send and receive “unlimited” messages, including photos.
“What is already a great success on short and medium-haul flights will also be very popular with our guests on long-haul flights,” said Heiko Reitz, chief customer officer at Lufthansa Airlines.
