Malaysia Rolls Out Homestay Showcase to Attract Indonesian Tourists

Malaysia is intensifying its efforts to capture the lucrative Indonesian travel market with the launch of its innovative “Homestay Showcase” initiative. This new program, spearheaded by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) and Tourism Malaysia, aims to highlight the diverse and authentic cultural experiences offered by Malaysian villages and rural communities, directly targeting Indonesia’s burgeoning middle class.
