Radisson Hotel Group is set to introduce an AI-powered phone agent to automate processes for meetings and group bookings, following an expanded agreement with Germany-based AI company hivr.ai.
The newly-inked agreement, which builds on an existing partnership between the two companies, will also see the AI agent tap into Radisson’s integration with enterprise meetings booking platform Hubli.
According to hivr.ai, Radisson will be the first adopter of its new AI voice agent, known as Mandy, which can be integrated into a hotel or venue’s CRS to handle routine inbound and outbound calls 24/7.
