UK-based travel management company TAG has announced a leadership reshuffle and a company-wide reorganisation after it was sold in April to private equity specialist ECI Partners.
The organisational shakeup will support “long-term strategic growth”, the company said, and follows a string of recent acquisitions by TAG, including that of US production travel expert Atlantis, entertainment and luxury travel specialist Travel Stars, based in Nashville, and Australian conference and incentive specialist CCM Travel.
