Virgin Atlantic has opened its Clubhouse lounge at Los
Angeles International Airport, making it the sixth lounge in its portfolio, the
carrier announced Thursday.
The lounge includes the Ruby Room with its own cinema
featuring wireless headsets connected via Bluetooth, the Royal Box room,
“a destination for VIPs featuring adjustable mood lighting and a secret
menu.” For quiet, The Wing includes acoustically sealed work pods. The Zen
Den is “an immersive space featuring relaxation, movement and mindfulness
sessions powered by the Forme Studio,” a smart fitness mirror. There also
are showers.
The LAX Clubhouse currently is open daily from 11:30 a.m.
