Go Travel-SunMedair Group has appointed Remus Visan as general director in a bid to become Romania’s largest travel firm. Go Travel, which transitioned from a traditional travel agency to a technology-based travel company, saw its turnover dramatically increase from €14m ($15.6m) in 2016 to €23m in 2018 and it expects a 2019 turnover of €30m following the acquisition of several corporate clients.
