Hard Rock International has appointed Chris Kelley as President of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon, where he will lead operations for the upcoming entertainment destination in Kern County, California, set to open in late 2025. Kelley will report directly to Jon Lucas, Chief Operating Officer of Hard Rock International.
