The development of the long-awaited Grand Hyatt Miami Beach Convention Center Hotel moves along and has a delivery slated for 2027.
Terra Group, of Coconut Grove, and Turnberry Associates, in Aventura, partnered to build the 17-story, 800-room property adjacent to the Miami Beach Convention Center. The hotel at 17th Street and Convention Center Drive was approved by voters in 2018 by a 65% vote.
According to a Miami Beach press release, Terra and Turnberry successfully secured financing that will help advance the development of the hotel.
