A couple have described a hotel stay, which led to them opting to sleep in their car, as “nothing short of a nightmare”.
Rachel and Steve Rogers said the Eurobar Hotel in Oxford, also known as the OXO Hotel, was “absolutely disgusting and unacceptable”.
They said that they found dirty linen, mould in the shower, and a dead mouse under a cabinet.
A hotel representative said it was dealing with the issues raised.
