DENVER (KDVR) — The historic Hotel Barth building in lower downtown Denver has been listed for sale for $2.5 million.
The hotel was home to 62 older adults and adults with disabilities up until last winter, when the organization decided to move residents out due to safety concerns with the structure, according to a blog post on the website.

The last resident checked out on January 10, and the building is now for sale for $2.5 million. NAI Shames Makovsky broker Dorit Fischer told FOX31 in an email that the building needs some love and would be an opportunity for another service provider or an affordable housing developer.
