Fairmont Breakers, a historic Downtown Long Beach fixture, has finally reopened — after yearslong, $150 million renovation — and it’s been big news here in town.
French multinational firm by Accor, which manages the Fairmont brand, partnered with Pacific6, a Long Beach-based investment and development group led by founding partner John Molina, to give the hotel new life, and the result is a triumph.
The Fairmont Breakers is now among the most luxurious hotels in the city. It boasts multiple restaurants, a jazz club and music lounge, a spa, a rooftop nightclub, a 50-foot-long terrace-level pool, a Sky Room, and much more.
