Five-star Dublin hotel on the market for up to €95million

The Morrison Hotel, right in the heart of Dublin city centre, has been put on the market with sellers seeking between €90million and €95million for its acquisition.

Located on the capital’s north quays, the five-star hotel is being put back on sale by CBRE – just two years after it became part of the Curio Collection by Hilton in 2023.

The Morrison was formally regraded to five-star status that same year and has continued to trade at more than 90 per cent occupancy. No wonder, as it’s a prime city centre location within walking distance to shopping destinations Grafton and Henry Street and tourist hub Temple Bar.
