Indore: Occupancy in hotels and marriage gardens has jumped in the key wedding season with most premium properties virtually sold out or nearing capacity on the key auspicious dates, whilst tariffs have escalated by as much as 10 per cent from the previous season.
The surge in bookings amidst numerous weddings in the forthcoming months is anticipated to boost business in the hospitality sector by approximately 20-25 per cent, according to industry stakeholders from the hospitality sector.
The wedding season commences from November and continues until February.
