POUGHKEEPSIE – The owners of a home in the Town of Clinton that caught fire and killed a mother and daughter from Cape Cod who had rented the house through Airbnb in October were arrested on Tuesday, March 18, under a sealed indictment. They were arraigned before Acting Dutchess County Court Judge Michael Hayes Wednesday afternoon, following the unsealing of the indictment charging Meredith Darcy, 55, and her husband, Dennis Darcy Jr., 57, on the charge of manslaughter.

Both the husband and wife, through their Rockland County attorney Patricia Gunning, entered pleas of not guilty.
