The witness said she was introduced to Odhiambo by her friend, who said she had secured a client who needed massage and sexual services.
“A friend of mine called me on the morning of January 1, 2023, and asked where I was, then I told her that I was in my rental house. She then told me that she has secured a client who wants to be massaged and sexual favours,” the witness narrated, as reported by NTV.
She informed Justice Reuben Nyakundi that she permitted her friend to provide the customer with her phone number as she was providing services for a fee as a means of earning.
The woman said Odhiambo arrived at her residence in a taxi and went to a nearby short-stay apartment where he had booked a room.
While at the Airbnb, the woman offered the suspect sexual and massage services, after which she was paid KSh 4,000 through the M-Pesa line of the slain LGBTQ model.
“While in at the apartment where he had booked a room, Odhiambo asked me to massage him, which I did, and then he asked for sexual favour, which I offered before he paid me the agreed amount of KSh 4,000 for the services via M-Pesa line belonging to the slain University of Eldoret student,” she recounted.
Chiloba’s M-Pesa money in use
As reported earlier, the main suspect in the murder of the LGBTQ activist went ahead to make merry with the deceased’s money, the High Court in Eldoret was told.
According to Mark Migun, the attorney appearing for the state, Odhiambo went on a drinking spree and traversed a couple of pubs, facilitating himself with Chiloba’s money.
