Seasonality is a perennial challenge for independent inns. Empty rooms during off-peak seasons can significantly impact revenue, but clever strategies can help these properties thrive year-round. This article explores actionable techniques to attract guests even when demand is low.

Understanding the Seasonality Struggle:

Many independent inns rely heavily on peak season tourism, leaving them vulnerable during slower months. Factors like weather, school schedules, and local events contribute to these fluctuations. Ignoring this reality means leaving money on the table.
