LOS ANGELES – Devastating wildfires have burned more than 25,000 acres across Los Angeles County in just over a day. More than 100,000 people have been forced to evacuate from the fires.
The Palisades Fire has burned more than 15,000 areas of Malibu and Pacific Palisades. The Eaton Fire has scorched nearly 11,000 acres in Pasadena and Altadena, and claimed at least five lives so far.
More fires continued to spark in the LA area into Wednesday evening, including the Sunset Fire in the Hollywood Hills.
