Hyatt Hotels Corp. has purchased the me and all hotels brand from Germany’s Lindner Hotels AG. The acquisition allows Hyatt to expand its growth opportunities across Europe. The deal was finalized on June 28, with me and all hotels now operating as a standalone brand under Hyatt’s global lifestyle portfolio. The brand was previously part of Hyatt’s JdV brand. Hyatt and Lindner have previously partnered in 2022, that led to the integration of most Lindner Hotels & Resorts and me and all hotels into the World of Hyatt.
