The Kindred Resort is set to open next year at the base of Keystone Mountain in Summit County after years of planning and construction.
Spanning over 365,000 square feet, the three-building development will feature a hotel, residences, three restaurants, a full-service spa, meeting and event spaces and will serve as the new home for Keystone’s ski & ride school.
It has taken more than two decades for the $300 million development to become a reality.
The Kindred development team is the fourth developer to take on the project. They broke ground in 2022.
The team, consisting of Shervin Rashidi, Ryan Geller and Scott Russell, has been working on the project for a little over 10 years.
