Marriott International has signed an agreement with Al Ali Property Investments (API) to introduce the Moxy Hotels brand to Dubai’s Al Barsha neighbourhood in mid-2025.
Under this agreement, the existing establishment is set to undergo a rebranding and refurbishment before its launch as Moxy Al Barsha Dubai.
