A new hotel planned for downtown Milwaukee’s Deer District is to undergo a city review in February − which will likely include union opposition.
The eight-story, 160-room Moxy Hotel is proposed for a site just off North Phillips Avenue between the FPC Live concert venue under construction and Fiserv Forum. The lot’s official address is 430 W. State St., according to the Department of City Development.
