A new 170-room hotel is planned for Garden City, near the Roosevelt Field mall.
The $75.6 million project from an affiliate of Spartanburg, S.C.-based OTO Development will bring a four-story, 103,600-square-foot hotel on 1.65 acres on Ring Road, according to the developer’s application with the Nassau County Industrial Development Agency.
