BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A change is coming to the plans for Burlington’s CityPlace construction.
A new development agreement calls for at least one hotel added to the project. If the Burlington City Council signs off on the plan, there could be up to 350 hotel rooms in addition to the 350 housing units within the development.
CityPlace partners will also operate at least 80 units of affordable workforce housing that will also fall within inclusionary zoning in the city.
