MILWAUKEE — North Central Group, the developer behind The Trade, shared plans for a new hotel near the Milwaukee Bucks arena and ongoing music venue project in the Deer District in Milwaukee.
North Central Group on Friday announced plans for Moxy Milwaukee Downtown, a nine-story, 162-room hotel, adjacent to the ongoing FPC Live concert venue. Moxy Milwaukee Downtown is set to break ground in 2025 and open in spring 2027, officials added.
The hotel will feature check-in at the bar, a signature welcome drink, games in the lobby and spaces for guests to socialize and unwind, officials said. Moxy Hotels belong to the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio.
