Royal Orchid, the Bangalore-based hospitality company, aims to expand its portfolio to 11,000 keys in two years by entering new cities in Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, and enhancing its presence in existing locations.“The hotel sector is off to a strong start in 2024, driven by positive consumer sentiment and increased domestic corporate travel. The company will develop new properties across different market segments through management contracts, with some utilizing a flexible-lease revenue-sharing model, according to Chander Baljee, Chairman and Managing Director.
The company plans to add 30–35 new properties in fiscal year 2024–2025, expanding its portfolio by approximately 2,000 rooms.
