Shares of Samhi Hotels Ltd. increased on Friday when GTI Capital Alpha Pvt. offloaded 4.7% of its equity in the company in various large trades. Approximately 1 crore shares were traded at Rs 187.1 per share on BSE, 1% below the stock’s closing price on Thursday. The total transaction value was Rs 193.4 crore. Originally, the offer size was 64 lakh shares but GTI Capital Alpha made use of the upsize option to sell 1.03 crore shares. The buyers remain unknown. The offer was open from Thursday to Friday and the settlement date is expected to be July 1.
