These 10 US cities have the worst hotel ratings

Travel site PlanetWare, searched the internet to compile a list of the top 10 US cities with the worst hotel reviews.  PlanetWare honed in on negative reviews left by disgruntled guests on Tripadvisor, which isn’t affiliated with these findings.  Among the wave of complaints, the most common mentioned were thin walls, the smell of smoke, a lack of toilet paper and poor service.  The city which finished top of this list saw 20% of its reviews coming in at 1 or 2 stars, with over 130,000 mentions of bedbugs. 10.
