The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) predicts that Tunisia’s Travel & Tourism sector is set to inject a record-breaking TND 23BN into the national economy this year. According to their 2024 Economic Impact Research, indicators such as economic contribution, job numbers, and domestic visitor spending are expected to surpass all previous records in 2024. However, the WTTC does not expect international visitor spending to fully recover this year, but anticipates it will approach the peak levels of 2019.
